Surface area of 21 m2 with partially covered terrace. This mobile home is a little older and therefore simple, but nevertheless equipped with all amenities. It is located in a quiet, shady spot. As this pitch is slightly higher, you have a very nice view of the pool and the large lawn.
We only have one of this type left, see M7 on the plan.
The layout includes a living area with kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (140×195), a bedroom with 2 single beds (70 x 185) + 1 children’s bunk bed (60×190), a bathroom with shower and washbasins, and a separate toilet. The beds are equipped with mattress protectors, pillows and duvets.
The kitchen includes a fridge with freezer compartment, a 4-burner gas hob and a coffee maker. The kitchen is equipped with crockery and cooking utensils for 6 people. The terrace includes garden furniture with 5 chairs and 2 adjustable armchairs.

All our accommodation is non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
Each accommodation is limited to one family.
Depending on the model: 4/5 or 6 people (1 baby counts as 1 person).
Each extra person is charged at €50 per week.
Rates include hot water, use of swimming pools, tennis court, mini golf and other facilities.

Sheet hire (fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillow cover): 8 € / bed / week

Visitor (no access to swimming pool) : 4 € / person / day.
Type 2 charging point connection: 5 € / day (with a minimum of 35 €).
Arrival: from 4pm – Departure until 10am.
High season (01/06 to 07/09): weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday.
Low season (04/05 to 31/05 + 07/09 to 02/11): rentals from 3 nights.
Booking fees :
– from 13/07 to 17/08: payable at €20.
– from 04/05 to 13/07 + from 17/08 to 02/11: free.
Visitor’s tax : 0.60 € / pers. +18 years / day.
Environmental contribution : 0,60 € / pers. +18 years / day.
Booking :
Deposit: 30% of the stay plus booking fee. Payment must be made no later than 10 days after the date of the acknowledgement of receipt.
Preferred pitch: 20 € / stay.
Deposit: 300 € / rental / stay.
Any stay cut short by a late arrival or early departure (including days of absence) will not be reimbursed.
Cancellation insurance: 6% of the total cost of the stay.
