- Sleeps 4 to 5 people,
- 31m2 with a partially covered terrace,
- 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 2 single beds, possibility of adding a cot,
- Open-plan kitchen/living room with heating (fridge and freezer, 4-burner hob, microwave oven, coffee maker, crockery and cooking utensils),
- Shower and washbasin, separate WC,
- Veranda with garden furniture (5 chairs and 2 armchairs).
Surface area of 31 m2 with partially covered terrace measuring 2.5 x 7 m.
To replace an older type of mobile home, we found a lovely second-hand mobile home. It is similar in terms of comfort to our luxury O’Hara, but a few years older. This mobile home has a spacious open-plan kitchen-living room, a bedroom with a double bed (160×200), a bedroom with two single beds (195×80) + the possibility of adding a cot. The beds are equipped with mattress protectors, pillows and duvets.
There is also a bathroom with shower cubicle, washbasin and separate toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, 4-ring gas hob, microwave and Senseo coffee machine. Crockery and cooking utensils are provided for 6 people.
There is heating, plenty of storage space and on the terrace a garden set with 5 garden chairs and 2 reclining chairs Stock list.
It is in a quiet, shady location. As this area is slightly higher, you have a very nice view of the pool and the large lawn. We only have one, see M6 on the plan.

All our accommodation is non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
Each accommodation is limited to one family.
Depending on the model: 4/5 or 6 people (1 baby counts as 1 person).
Each extra person is charged at €50 per week.
Rates include hot water, use of swimming pools, tennis court, mini golf and other facilities.

End-of-stay cleaning :

– Tente safari Grand Luxe / mobile homes: €60 / stay
Sheet hire (fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillow cover): 8 € / bed / week
Baby kit hire (free in low season) :
– Children’s chair : 1.50 € / day
– Cot : 2.50 € / day
– Baby bath: 1.00 € / day
Extra car : 10 € / day.
Visitor (no access to swimming pool) : 4 € / person / day.
Type 2 charging point connection: 5 € / day (with a minimum of 35 €).
Arrival: from 4pm – Departure until 10am.
High season (01/06 to 07/09): weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday.
Low season (04/05 to 31/05 + 07/09 to 02/11): rentals from 3 nights.
Booking fees :
– from 13/07 to 17/08: payable at €20.
– from 04/05 to 13/07 + from 17/08 to 02/11: free.
Visitor’s tax : 0.60 € / pers. +18 years / day.
Environmental contribution : 0,60 € / pers. +18 years / day.
Booking :
Deposit: 30% of the stay plus booking fee. Payment must be made no later than 10 days after the date of the acknowledgement of receipt.
Preferred pitch: 20 € / stay.
Deposit: 300 € / rental / stay.
Any stay cut short by a late arrival or early departure (including days of absence) will not be reimbursed.
Cancellation insurance: 6% of the total cost of the stay.
